Art Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression—such as drawing, painting, sculpting, collage, journalling or resin —as a therapeutic tool to help individuals explore emotions, reduce anxiety, and improve mental well-being. It’s not about artistic skill or producing masterpieces; it’s about the process of making art and what it reveals.
How It Works Art therapy bridges the gap between the conscious and unconscious mind. It allows people to express what words cannot, offering insight, relief, and sometimes transformation.

Clayfield Therapy is a tactile, sensorimotor art therapy that uses a box of clay as a medium for emotional healing and developmental repair. Developed over 40 years ago by Professor Heinz Deuser in Germany and further refined by Cornelia Elbrecht in Australia, this therapy emphasizes the healing power of touch, especially for those affected by trauma.

Sandplay Therapy is a powerful, nonverbal therapeutic approach that invites individuals to explore their inner world using miniature figures and a sandbox. Rooted in Jungian psychology, it allows children, adolescents, and adults to express thoughts and emotions that may be difficult to articulate through words.
In a safe and supportive environment, clients create scenes in the sand using a wide variety of symbolic objects. These scenes often reflect unconscious processes, personal struggles, and emotional experiences. Through this creative and symbolic play, healing and transformation can occur.

LEGO Therapy is a structured, play-based intervention designed to help child and adult clients—especially those with autism or social communication difficulties—develop essential social and communication skills through collaborative LEGO building. It was pioneered in the mid-1990s by Dr. Daniel LeGoff, a pediatric neuropsychologist, LEGO Therapy taps into a person's natural interest in building and play. The shared goal of completing a model encourages interaction and cooperation, making social learning fun and engaging.
